Ancak sendikalar da patriyarkal sistemden muaf yap\u0131lar de\u011fil, dolay\u0131s\u0131yla sendikalarda toplumsal cinsiyet e\u015fitli\u011fi t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada kad\u0131n hareketinin \u00f6nemli g\u00fcndemlerinden biri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u00fcnya genelinde kad\u0131nlar\u0131n sendika i\u00e7i \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmeleri \u00e7e\u015fitli y\u00f6ntemler izlemekte ve farkl\u0131 ara\u00e7lar kullanmakta ancak de\u011fi\u015fmez olan ger\u00e7ek \u015fu: Sendikalarda da i\u015fyerlerinde de ko\u015fullar\u0131m\u0131z erkeklerle e\u015fit de\u011fil! Bir yandan kapitalist sistemin kay\u0131td\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve ucuz i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc olmalar\u0131ndan, bir yandan da patriyarkan\u0131n dayatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131ks\u0131z ev i\u00e7i emek y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnden dolay\u0131 kad\u0131nlar istihdama kat\u0131l\u0131mda erkeklerle ayn\u0131 olanaklara sahip olam\u0131yor. Ayn\u0131 zamanda kad\u0131nlarla erkekler aras\u0131nda \u00fccret e\u015fitsizli\u011fi s\u00f6z konusu ve kad\u0131nlar\u0131n sendikala\u015fma oran\u0131 daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck. Sendikalarda ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z kad\u0131n \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmesi ve faaliyeti ihtiyac\u0131 i\u015fte burada yat\u0131yor. Hak ve taleplerimizi sendikalar\u0131n g\u00fcndemine getirmek ve bu do\u011frultuda harekete ge\u00e7irmek i\u00e7in kad\u0131nlar\u0131n sendikalarda \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmesi hayati \u00f6nemde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0130\u015fyerlerinde kad\u0131na y\u00f6nelik \u015fiddet ve tacizin \u00f6nlenmesinden sendikalar da sorumlu ve bu do\u011frultuda kurulacak kurullar\u0131n kad\u0131nlar taraf\u0131ndan e\u015fit temsil edilmesi, kad\u0131n\u0131n beyan\u0131n\u0131 esas almas\u0131 ve etkin \u015fekilde i\u015fleyen mekanizmalara d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclmesi gerekiyor. Bu kapsamda ILO 190 S\u00f6zle\u015fmesi\u2019nin imzalan\u0131p etkin \u015fekilde uygulanabilmesi i\u00e7in sendikalara da b\u00fcy\u00fck bir rol d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor. E\u015fde\u011fer i\u015fe e\u015fit \u00fccret, regl izni ve sadece kad\u0131n de\u011fil t\u00fcm i\u015f\u00e7iler i\u00e7in paras\u0131z ve ula\u015f\u0131labilir kre\u015f de kad\u0131nlar\u0131n do\u011frudan dahil olmas\u0131 gereken toplu i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde hedefledi\u011fimiz ba\u015fl\u0131ca talepler aras\u0131nda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sendikalarda kad\u0131n \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmesinin \u00f6n\u00fcndeki engeller sadece patriyarkayla s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 de\u011fil. Sendika b\u00fcrokrasisi, t\u00fcm i\u015f\u00e7iler i\u00e7in oldu\u011fu gibi kad\u0131n i\u015f\u00e7iler i\u00e7in de m\u00fccadele edilmesi gereken bir olgu. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla bu girift m\u00fccadelede sendikalarda i\u015f\u00e7i demokrasisini savunurken, kad\u0131n i\u015f\u00e7ilerin talep ve ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 d\u0131\u015far\u0131da b\u0131rak\u0131lamaz. Sendikalar\u0131n patriyarkal yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 ortadan kald\u0131rmak i\u00e7in toplumsal cinsiyet e\u015fitli\u011fi birimleri, disiplin kurullar\u0131, mobbing ve tacizi \u00f6nlemeye y\u00f6nelik i\u015fyeri kurullar\u0131 gibi ara\u00e7lar\u0131 i\u015fler hale getirmek, bununla birlikte e\u015fit temsil ve kad\u0131n kotas\u0131 gibi uygulamalar\u0131 sendika t\u00fcz\u00fcklerine yerle\u015ftirmek gerekiyor. Ancak bu \u015fekilde kad\u0131nlar\u0131n karar alma, denetleme, y\u00f6netme ve politika \u00fcretme s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine e\u015fit \u015fekilde kat\u0131lmalar\u0131 sa\u011flanabilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yak\u0131n zamanda sendikalarda toplumsal cinsiyet e\u015fitli\u011fi m\u00fccadelesinde ileriye do\u011fru at\u0131lan bir ad\u0131ma yak\u0131ndan tan\u0131k olduk. 22 Ocak\u2019taki D\u0130SK Genel-\u0130\u015f 1 No\u2019lu \u015fube se\u00e7imlerini, e\u015fit temsil ilkesini savunan ve sendikalarda kad\u0131n taleplerini g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr k\u0131lan Nazan Gevher \u00c7am Ay ve yol arkada\u015flar\u0131 kazand\u0131. Erkek egemen b\u00fcrokrasinin ise hem i\u015f\u00e7i demokrasisini hem de toplumsal cinsiyet e\u015fitli\u011fini savunan kad\u0131n bir \u00f6nc\u00fc i\u015f\u00e7inin ba\u015fkan se\u00e7ildi\u011fi b\u00f6ylesi bir y\u00f6netime kar\u015f\u0131 cevab\u0131, antidemokratik y\u00f6ntemlere ba\u015fvurmak oldu. Sendika genel merkezi, Kartal Belediyesi\u2019ni 1 No\u2019lu \u015fubeden ay\u0131rarak i\u015f\u00e7ilerin iradesini yok sayd\u0131. Nazan ve yol arkada\u015flar\u0131, Mor Liste s\u00fcrecinden itibaren Kad\u0131k\u00f6y\u2019le s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 kalmay\u0131p Kartal Belediyesi\u2019ndeki kad\u0131n i\u015f\u00e7ilerle s\u00fcrekli temas halinde olmu\u015f, Kartal\u2019daki kad\u0131n \u00f6rg\u00fctl\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc art\u0131rmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015f ve se\u00e7im s\u00fcrecinde bu do\u011frultuda da \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma y\u00fcr\u00fctm\u00fc\u015flerdi. Nazan, 2019\u2019daki se\u00e7imlerde aday olan Mor Liste\u2019nin de bir par\u00e7as\u0131yd\u0131. Mor Liste ekibi, o zamanki se\u00e7imi kazanmasa da kad\u0131n i\u015f\u00e7ilerin taleplerini g\u00fcndeme getirmeye devam etmi\u015f ve Kad\u0131k\u00f6y Belediyesi\u2019yle yap\u0131lan toplu i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesine \u0130stanbul S\u00f6zle\u015fmesi\u2019nin tan\u0131nmas\u0131, regl izni, paras\u0131z kre\u015f gibi maddeleri ekletmeyi ba\u015farm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.
